Cancellation Policy
Your order can be cancelled before shipping with 100% refund to the original payment method.
30-Day Money-Back Policy
Products returned under our 30-Day Money-Back Policy (calculated from the date of the shipping invoice) are eligible for a 100% refund to your original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Original condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and unused.
- Quality check (QC): All returned products are subject to a Quality Check (QC) upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed if the product passes QC.
- Documentation: The package must include:
- Original packaging: The item must be in sellable condition without scratches, wear, damage, or alterations.
- Original Guarantee Card/Certificates (if applicable). Returns will not be processed without these.
- Invoice copy: A copy of the original product invoice.
- Warranty card: The warranty card provided with the product.
Refund Details
- The refund amount will be 100% of the actual payment made.
- If any coupon, discount, or promo code was used during the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly, reducing by the equivalent value of the discount.
- Refunds will be processed via:
- Online bank transfer: Payment will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 21 business days of receiving the product.
- Reversal of transaction: For payments made via debit/credit card or net banking, the refund will be processed as a transaction reversal.
Additional Charges
- There are no additional charges for an authorized return.
Exclusions
- The 30-Day Money-Back Policy applies only to available jewellery.
- Customised jewellery is not eligible for return under this policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return under the 30-Day Money-Back Policy:
- Email: Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the Product Invoice date at admin@ruvari.com.
- Call: Once the package is ready with all required documentation, call our Customer Care team to arrange re-shipment.
