Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy

Our Lifetime Buyback Scheme allows you to return your jewellery and receive the following:

• ⁠  ⁠100% market price of gold used in the jewellery
• ⁠  ⁠90% market value of lab-grown diamonds
• ⁠  ⁠No labor or certification charges will be deducted
• ⁠  ⁠A Rs. 1500/- logistics fee will be deducted from the buyback value
• ⁠  ⁠Refunds will be processed via RTGS/NEFT within 21 business days

 

How to Request an Exchange or Buyback:

2.⁠ ⁠Call Us: Confirm your return package by calling +91-6364363870.

3.⁠ ⁠Leave the Rest to Us: We will notify you once the refund or exchange is processed.
