Return Policy
Ruvari is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product as per the conditions below.
7-Day Return Policy (Domestic Orders Only)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the product is damaged or defective.
- Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, invoice, and authenticity certificate.
- Ruvari will arrange for a courier pickup from the provided address.
Return Charges (Domestic Orders)
- Customers do not need to pay any shipping charges for returns.
Return Process
- Contact Ruvari customer support or email care@ruvari.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Do not return the product before receiving confirmation from Ruvari.
- Ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all necessary documentation.
- Without the required documents, the return request will not be processed.
Note: Return requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified.
- The product must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accompanying documents.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 working days after return processing.
- If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued via cheque.
