Return Policy

Ruvari is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product as per the conditions below.

7-Day Return Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, invoice, and authenticity certificate.
  • Ruvari will arrange for a courier pickup from the provided address.

Return Charges (Domestic Orders)

  • Customers do not need to pay any shipping charges for returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact Ruvari customer support or email care@ruvari.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Do not return the product before receiving confirmation from Ruvari.
  3. Ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all necessary documentation.
  4. Without the required documents, the return request will not be processed.

Note: Return requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified.
  • The product must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accompanying documents.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 working days after return processing.
  • If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued via cheque.
