Order Cancellations

• Ruvari reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion due to factors such as:
  • Limitations on product availability
  • Errors in pricing or product details
  • Fraud prevention measures
  • Compliance with state-specific sales regulations
• Customers will be notified if their order is canceled or if additional information is required to process the order.

By Customer

• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
• If payment has been made, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or by cheque (if the original payment method is no longer valid).
• If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed at the earliest.

Restrictions

• Ruvari may impose quantity or value limits on purchases at its discretion.
• Restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address.
• Ruvari reserves the right to prohibit sales to any individual at its sole discretion.
